Serving the Community
We want to be good community stewards. That means that we must be intentional in how and where we give so that our gifts have the greatest impact in our community. Since we all live, work and play in the same communities that we serve, it also is important that our employees participate in the process. Every employee has the opportunity to select ministries or charities which become part of our corporate giving plan.
Casual for a Cause
If you visit our office on a Friday you may notice our employees are dressed a little more casually. America’s One Title employees participate in a program called Casual for a Cause. In January our team chooses twelve organizations to support throughout the year and employees are given the opportunity to dress casually for a $5 donation each Friday in an effort to raise funds for the organization of the month. We have an employee advocate for each charity who will gather information and photos to share within the office so that we may learn more about the work of the charities that we are supporting. We also share information through social media in hopes that others will join in supporting these deserving organizations as well.
