We are an Independent Title Agent. WHY?

Often in a real estate transaction, a title company is chosen for the consumer by their real estate agent, mortgage broker, home builder, or a bank. Have you ever thought to ask why? Time and again, the referring parties will receive an incentive for referring your business to a specific title agency. In some cases, those referring parties have partial ownership or an indirect investment in the title agency to which they are referring, which essentially amounts to a “kickback” for a referral. That then begs the question: as the consumer, is your best interest being served?

Americas One Title Agency is different. We earn our business by remaining a neutral third party and by the quality of service that we provide. We do not offer financial incentives or “kickbacks” to any real estate firms, mortgage brokers, home builders, and/or banks.
